Our Story

Cupcakes by Casey was founded in 2016 by none other than, you guessed it, Casey. That’s me! A hobby turned into a passion turned into a new career path. Our mobile cupcake trailer recently opened in August of 2021, and the fun is just beginning. Up until February of 2022, Cupcakes by Casey was run solely by myself. My husband and I decided to take the leap of faith and he quit his job to help me do this full time! So now it’s just the two of us, and our sweet daughter who helps greet all our customers. We take pride in everything we make. That is why you will never find a box of cake mix in our kitchen. All of our recipes are made from scratch with fresh, quality ingredients. When we are able, we love to source locally too. Our cakes, fillings, frostings and more are all homemade. We want you to enjoy what you’re eating as much as we enjoy making it for you. It has been incredible to watch how God has unfolded this journey for us, and we cannot wait for what else he has in store. We are making Lancaster sweeter, one cupcake at a time!
